How do I make an image under a size limit?
Set a max width (1600 pixels suits most uploads) and lower the quality a little. The size before and after is shown, so you can try again in a second.
Is the image uploaded?
No. Your browser's own image engine does the work.
Will it stretch or crop my image?
Neither. The proportions are always kept, and nothing is cropped.
Should I use JPG, PNG, or WebP?
JPG for photographs. PNG when you need a transparent background or perfectly sharp text. WebP when you want the smallest file and only browsers will open it.
